What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our quote form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the type of project, approximate area, timeframe and any message you include. We do not collect any other personal information through this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey and provide a quote. We will not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your permission. The legal basis for this is your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and emailed to our team. We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing info@envirolawn.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
